1. MASK: Apply a generous amount to clean damp hair, cover with a plastic cap and leave for 10 to 30 minutes, Rinse thoroughly. To boost its effect the mask can be applied to dry hair before washing.
2. CONDITIONER: Apply a sufficient amount to clean damp hair and work through from roots to ends. Gradually add water and squeeze hair from ends to roots so it absorbs the nutrients and the moisture. (STC). Rinse.
3. LEAVE-IN TREATMENT. Apply a small amount to clean damp hair and work through from ends to roots. Do not rinse.
